Ingredients
250g Various seafood (Can be prawns, clams, squid and scallop etc)2 bowls Cooked Rice
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Seafood Soup Base
1.2L Hot Water
Some chopped spring onion and coriander (optional)
Dipping sauce mix (optional)
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
Methods:
1.Add Soup Base into water, mix well and bring to boil.
2.Add the cooked rice and boil for at least 15 mins until the rice becomes swollen.
3.Add all seafood and bring to boil until seafood is cooked.
4.Add spring onion and coriander then it is ready to serve.
5.Optional to serve with dipping sauce.
