Tikka Salamon- Serves 2 - 4


Succulent salmon fillets with tangy flavours of Tikka, this recipe is easy to make and will be enjoyed by the whole family.

 

Ingredients:

 

2tbsp of Khanum Tikka Curry Paste

400g of Skinless Salmon Fillets (or four fillets)

3-4 tbsp of natural yogurt

3 cloves of garlic*

30g of fresh ginger*

1 tsp of coarse salt

1tsp lime juice

1tbsp of cooking oil

*Alternatively, you can use 3 tsp of Khanum Garlic & Ginger paste

 

Method:

 

  1. Peel the Garlic & Ginger. Add the garlic, ginger, Khanum Tikka Curry Paste, Yogurt, Salt & Lime juice into a blender. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Place the salmon in a bowl and add the paste. Cover the salmon both sides and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan with the oil on a medium heat. Once hot add the salmon and cook for 3 minutes. Turn the salmon and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  4. Once cooked serve the salmon on a plate with your choice of sides.
