Koh-Kae Instagram Consumer Giveaway
- These terms and conditions are for Koh-Kae Instagram Competitions. By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
- The Competition is organised by SOP International LTD, ICON, Grafton House, Third Ave, Harlow CM19 5AW
- You must be a resident of the UK to enter the competition.
- The competition is free to enter.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Only one entrant per household is permitted.
- 10 winners will be drawn from entries made over all competitions
- The winners will receive, unless otherwise stated, 1 x Koh-Kae Srirracha Peanuts 240g, 1 x Koh-Kae Coconut Peanuts 240g, , 1 x Koh-Kae Tom Yum Peanuts 240g, Koh-Kae Chicken Peanuts 240g, Koh-Kae BBQ Peanuts 240g, Koh-Kae Wasabi Peanuts 240g, 1 x Koh-Kae Wasabi peas 180g, 1 x Koh-Kae Salted peas 180g, 1 x Koh-Kae Sriracha peas 180g. The prize is non-transferable, and no alternatives will be offered.
- Entry must be made before 23:59 GMT 11th of October, the last day of the competition. The draw will be made within 5 days of the competition closing.
- Entrants will be draw at random and notified, via direct messaging within five days of the draw date.
- The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity and provide photos with presence of prizes and winner together within 7days after received of prizes.
- If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
- The prize draw is governed by the laws of England.
- The Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
